The Virtual Pop-Up is within Manhattan only.  However, if you are not in Manhattan but find something in the shop you love, buy it!! (Then, of course, list it on Tulerie!)

How soon can I receive an item I want to borrow?

All of the pieces in the Holiday Shop can be reserved for a specific day, or received next day. However, Monday - Friday, you can receive an item the same day if you place your order before noon, we will just charge you a $20 rush fee.

How do I know it will fit?

Let's talk about it!  If you're curious if something will fit you, just reach out and we'll help with measurements, comparisons, anything we can!  As a bonus, since these items are being hand delivered to you, you can try them on immediately.  If it doesn't fit, you'll receive a full refund, less a $10 service charge.  If you don't have the time to try it on, and you accept the item, you are committed to that rental.

How long do I get to keep it? 

These are one night rentals.  Get it one day, return it the next.  However, if you find something you want to wear more than once, or take on that weekend getaway, that's possible too!  Just let us know and we'll give you the details!

Do I have to clean it?

Nope, we handle all of that for you with the $15 dry cleaning fee that's added to each transaction.

Why did I get charged the sale price the item?

We charge the sale price when you borrow the piece, and refund you the difference in the sale vs rental price when we receive the piece back and determine that it's in the same condition you received it.  This also gives you the option to say 'I got more compliments than ever before - I am keeping it!'

How do I return it?

We will pick it up from you the next day before noon.  We'll be in touch to coordinate. 

What if a person having way too much fun spills their drink on me?

As long as it comes out during dry-cleaning, you've got nothing to worry about.  If it's anything more than that, we will deduct it from your refund amount, but don't worry, we'll have a conversation about everything before it happens!
