You’ll receive a borrow request within the app and in your inbox when a request has been made. You have 24 hours to accept or decline the request before it’s canceled.

We’ll automatically create USPS or FedEx shipping and return labels for all requests. Place the return label inside the box with the rented item so the borrower has an easy time returning.. Drop shipment off with the carrier by noon on the ship date. 

Once you receive your item back from the Borrower, have it professionally cleaned (using the cleaning fee paid by the Borrower) so it’s ready to go for the next borrow.

When you’re done wearing and lending your pieces, extend the lifecycle of your preloved items by reselling via the Tulerie app, donating to your favorite charity, or recycling with Retold Recycling.
